Been watching our so-called society. So much crap to see. We will see how long I’m back for. Realistically, probably not long. Intermittent at best.
Some of the shit I’ve been seeing. It’s amusing how there’s a lot of videos up on YouTube about the bullshit dating that’s going on these days. Of course, we knew about this already. It’s just gone mainstream. Even some wimminz channels out there are starting to rip shit out of wimminz.
Anything for the relevancy-algorithm, yah? The sharks are starting to feed on each other, heh.
So. Let’s talk about ideology.
The thing about an ideology - aka a socially-acceptable mental disease - is that it thrives in times of plenty.
When things get harder - when you’re on the bones of your ass - there ain’t the bandwidth to deal with that shit. You’re too busy trying to put food on the table and keep shelter over your head.
At which point, a certain segment start thinking: “It would be so much easier if I had someone helping…”
So the ideology gets sidelined for a while. The search-radar goes out. Leading with the call: “I’m different!”
Oh really?
Is that difference actual? Is it fundamental? Or simply convenient for the moment?
Will it change again, once the circumstances change and things become easier once more?
Especially when frivorce still leads to various prizes and long-term ease?
Don’t be fooled. The overall shit-sandwich is still there. The system itself hasn’t changed. The participants haven’t changed.
It’s simply another concealed shortcut or bypass that’s becoming more used in times of hardship. Because it’s convenient.
And we ain’t Captain Save-A-Ho.
